The person behind the lesson
You do not need to explain your entire life in one session.
01The to-do list can wait for this conversation.+
A starting pointWork pressure
Explore coaching for how workload and expectations are affecting you. Bring a specific moment from the week rather than trying to explain everything at once.
Find a service that covers the support you want.
Choose a time you can keep for yourself.
Talk through the pressure and possible next steps.
02Where does the workday actually end?+
A starting pointBoundaries
If switching off feels difficult, you can use a session to discuss boundaries, habits and expectations. Choose the scope with your coach.
Notice one situation where a boundary feels difficult.
Talk through what makes it hard to change.
Choose a small, realistic step to explore.
03You don’t have to have the answer here.+
A starting pointPersonal confidence
A change at work or a difficult period can leave you questioning yourself. Explore a coach’s approach and choose support for you as an individual.
Read credentials and service details.
Bring the concern that matters to you.
Discuss what useful follow-up would look like.
Choose with clarity
A scheduled conversation, with the details visible before you book.
Look for a coach whose stated service matches what you want to discuss. Read their profile, credentials, session details and availability. You decide whether to book.
Sign in, complete the account steps and browse coaches. Compare verified credentials, service scope, language and availability.
Request a session you understand.
Read the duration, GC price and booking terms. Choose an available time and follow the request status. A booking request is not the same as an accepted appointment.
Join your accepted appointment.
Use a quiet, private place and check your camera, microphone and connection. Start with the concern you want to talk about.
Decide what comes next.
Agree on any next steps with your coach. Your history shows the session and available follow-up information; a summary is not guaranteed.
Privacy without vague promises
Talk about your experience. Leave unnecessary student details out.
Discuss your own experience without identifying a learner. Aura does not manage tuition payments, parent disputes or a tutor’s duty of care.
Coaching notes and service data are different things.
Coaches can keep private session notes. A separate student-facing summary may be available; it is not automatic access to the coach’s private notes.
Account, booking and session data are processed according to the privacy policy. Do not assume that a private session means no data is stored or processed.
A session price you can review first.
Aura sessions are paid separately in Gyanis Credits. Each service shows its duration and price before booking. Free Flow tokens and Flow subscriptions do not include Aura sessions. Check the current cancellation terms before confirming.

“I don’t understand the topic.”
Ask Flow in ordinary words for a lesson plan, a visual explanation or a simulation. Review the draft and prepare suitable practice. Eligible assignments require linked students and institution access.
Explore the student coaching guide and its age, consent and service requirements. Follow your school or tuition setting’s safeguarding procedures for concerns about a learner.
Yes. Teachers can book scheduled wellbeing coaching for themselves. Explore services for work pressure, boundaries, motivation or confidence and review each coach’s credentials before choosing.
Is this page for becoming an Aura Coach?
No. This page explains receiving coaching as a teacher. If you want to offer services, use the Become an Aura Coach guide on Gyanis and complete the separate onboarding and verification requirements.
How do I choose an Aura Coach in Germany?
Check the coach’s verified credentials, working languages, service scope and available appointment times. For students, explain the pressure around your own course or exam, such as Abitur, Mittlerer Schulabschluss, IB; for teachers, describe the work issue you want to discuss. Confirm the displayed time and price before requesting a session.
Is Aura therapy or an emergency service?
No. Aura provides scheduled wellbeing coaching. It does not provide diagnosis, therapy or emergency care. Read the individual coach’s credentials and service scope before deciding whether the support meets your needs.
How much does an Aura session cost?
Each coach sets the duration and price of their services. Both are shown before you request a booking, and payment is in Gyanis Credits (GC). Free Flow tokens do not pay for Aura sessions.
Are all Aura Coaches licensed therapists?
No. Gyanis vets coaches, but their qualifications vary. Each profile shows verified credentials, including professional registration where applicable. Choose according to the individual profile and service description.
Who can see my session notes?
Coach session notes are private records. A separate student-facing summary may be available after notes are saved, but it is not guaranteed. Do not assume that private notes are visible to you, a parent or your institution.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Open the session in your account to review the available options. Timing, session status and the current cancellation policy determine the outcome. Review any refund or penalty shown before confirming.
Does booking coaching share a student’s learning record?
Opening Aura from another Gyanis product does not itself book a session. Keep your coaching conversation focused on your own experience and avoid unnecessary student details. Review the privacy policy for how service data is processed.
Can school teachers and independent home tutors both use Aura?
Both can explore scheduled wellbeing coaching for themselves. Choose a service within the coach’s stated scope and review availability, session price and booking terms. Receiving coaching is separate from applying to become an Aura Coach.
A conversation where you don’t have to lead.
Aura is scheduled wellbeing coaching, not therapy, diagnosis or an emergency service. Credentials vary by coach. Read the individual profile and choose support that matches your needs; coaching does not guarantee a particular outcome.
If you or someone you know is in danger or thinking about self-harm, reach out right now. This is bigger than an app.
Aura offers scheduled sessions with Gyanis-vetted coaches. It is not therapy, and it is not a crisis or emergency service. In immediate danger, call 112.
