Aura connects you with expert coaches for personalized guidance, doubt solving, and mentorship. It's ideal for students who need focused support on challenging concepts or exam strategies.
How do I log in to Aura?
Visit aura.gyanis.ai and log in using your registered credentials. The dashboard shows your sessions, Feed, and coach availability.
How do I book a session?
Click Book a Session, choose a coach, select a date and time, and confirm using Gyanis Credits (GC).
How long are sessions?
Session duration is set by the coach and can vary from 30 minutes to 1 hour.
What is the Aura Feed?
The Feed is a stream of posts, insights, and tips from your coaches. You can access recommended exercises, motivational tips, and learning strategies outside your sessions.
How do I select the right coach?
Filter by specialisation, ratings, and availability. You can read profiles and student reviews before booking.
Can I reschedule or cancel a session?
Yes! Use the Manage Sessions section on the dashboard. Refunds and credits follow our no-show and cancellation policy.
How do notifications work?
Turn on notifications to get alerts for upcoming sessions, coach messages, and Feed updates.
Can Aura help with emotional or psychological support?
Yes. Coaches trained in psychology or student well-being provide tips on stress management, motivation, and study strategies.
Is Aura suitable for all subjects?
Aura currently supports GCSE, A-Levels, IB, and will expand to more subjects in the future.
