FAQ FAQ

  • What is Aura?

Aura connects students and teachers with accredited Aura Coaches for private 1-on-1 wellbeing sessions. Each coach is accredited by the regulator in the market where they practise, and you book them with Gyanis Credits (GC).

  • How do I log in to Aura?

Visit aura.gyanis.ai and log in using your registered credentials. The dashboard shows your sessions, Feed, and coach availability.

  • How do I book a session?

Click Book a Session, choose a coach, select a date and time, and confirm using Gyanis Credits (GC).

  • How long are sessions?

Each coach sets the length of their own services, so the duration is shown on the service, next to its price in Gyanis Credits (GC), before you confirm.

  • What is the Aura Feed?

The Feed is where your coaches post exercises, prompts and short reads for you to use between sessions.

  • How do I select the right coach?

Filter by specialisation, rating and availability, then read the coach's full profile before you book.

  • Can I reschedule or cancel a session?

Yes. Use the Manage Sessions section on the dashboard. Refunds and credits follow our no-show and cancellation policy.

  • How do notifications work?

Turn on notifications to get alerts for upcoming sessions, coach messages, and Feed updates.

  • Can Aura help with emotional or psychological support?

Yes. Coaches work with students and teachers on exam stress, motivation and burnout. Aura is scheduled support and not an emergency service, so if you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number first.

  • Is Aura suitable for all subjects?

Aura Coaches support students across Class 10 and 12, JEE, NEET and UPSC. More exam tracks are being added.

  • Can I take Aura sessions safely?

Yes. Use Aura during study hours or doubt sessions, and follow the safety guidance, such as telling a parent or guardian if you need to.

  • How is Aura helpful for my studies?

Pressure, sleep and motivation decide how much of your study time actually counts. Coaches help you get those under control, and each session ends with notes and an action plan you can follow the same week.

  • How can I contact support?

Email support@gyanis.ai for technical issues, account questions or refunds.
