Overview

Gyanis Aura (“Aura”) connects students and users with verifiedpsychologists, counsellors, and learning coaches for educational and wellness sessions. Aura is operated by Gyanis Learning Technologies, headquartered in Dubai, UAE, with an India branch in Chennai.

By using Aura, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Gyanis Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and Accounts

  • Users must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old.
  • Minors require parent or school consent.
  • If you are a professional listed on Aura, you confirm that you hold valid credentials, follow applicable laws, and maintain confidentiality.

Nature of Service

Aura provides a platform for booking and managing wellness sessions.

  • Gyanis is not a healthcare provider and does not offer emergency or medical care.
  • Professionals are independent contractors who determine their own rates, schedules, and methods.

In case of crisis or emergency, contact local emergency services.

Sessions and Payments

Session content is private between the student and the professional. Gyanis may store session summaries securely but does not access or share session details except as required by law. Parent or school visibility options may apply for minors.

Professional Conduct

Professionals must:

  • Maintain valid credentials.
  • Uphold confidentiality.
  • Avoid medical or diagnostic claims.
  • Respect all users and comply with safeguarding standards.

Gyanis may remove professionals who violate policy or user trust.

AI Tools and Limitations

AI features (e.g., scheduling assistance or note summarization) may support session management but do not replace professional judgment. All content is informational, not diagnostic or prescriptive.

Liability

Gyanis is not responsible for the outcomes of any advice or guidance given by independent professionals.
Maximum liability is limited to the session fee paid.

Termination

You may close your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, fraud, or policy breaches.

Governing Law

  • UAE users: governed by UAE law, courts of Dubai.
  • India users: governed by Indian law, courts of Chennai.
